Store Returns Policy

The Brooklyn Brewery accepts returns of defective, ill-fitting, or unused merchandise provided the merchandise has not been used, worn, or washed and is in its original packaging and/or box.

The Brooklyn Brewery will gladly replace the merchandise or refund the customer’s credit card so long as the original packing slip or order confirmation print-out is included with the returned merchandise. In the case that the original packing slip or order confirmation print-out is not included with the returned merchandise, The Brooklyn Brewery, at its discretion, will either replace the merchandise or refund the customer's purchasing credit card.

Prior to returning the merchandise, please contact us through our online Customer Service support form for the quickest, most efficient response. Or email us at store@brooklynbrewery.com to alert us of your desire to return merchandise. Please include your order #, name, and email address you used at checkout.

The Brooklyn Brewery does not reimburse for postage to return merchandise, except when an order is damaged or an item defective. In the case of defective merchandise, we will advise whether to destroy the damaged merchandise or return it to us, in which case The Brooklyn Brewery will be responsible for return postage on a case-by-case basis.
